You are letting go Of all the things That make you sad The sources of all the weariness in your life 
 You are letting go of principles You are letting go of morals You are letting go of right and wrong You are letting go of caring You are letting go of concern You are letting go of interest You are letting go of worry You are letting go of doubt You are letting go of conflict You are letting go of hatred You are letting go of charity You are letting go of reason You are letting go of logic 
 And finally You are letting go of faith. 
 For you have come to the place Where you have finally realized that faith In what you have believed in Costs too much It's a burden to heavy to bear And the aid you were promised To carry it has never come 
 This free gift has a hidden price tag And it is simply un-payable 
 So you will no longer admonish the "sinner" unto righteousness Nor condemn the sinner unto eternal damnation Let the gays parade in the street With their loins displayed for all to see Let the lesbians adopt their children And deconstruct family Let the drug attics have their fix unfettered in darkened halls Let the thief take what he wills And use the force as his guide Let the law fumble in the darkness Of it's own ineptitude 
 Let those who seek The destruction of others Do their worst And try to stay out of their way For their swords will fell heads And their edicts will compromise That which has been established As good in the sight of some And be exchanged for what The prince of Persia wills Does Michael still tarry at his door? 
 And be one with everything...

 So attend your church And your yoga class Attend your meetings Or beat your drums To sooth your wounds Feel the feelings you seek And find fulfillment there And when they tell you Religion is for the weak Tell them to fuck off For truth is what you seek
